This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 7 and is designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind. The main floor features an open-concept layout with a cozy living area, dining table that seats 6, and an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen island—perfect for family meals or casual snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. Smart TVs are in every room, and high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The downstairs primary suite includes a king bed, oversized walk-in closet (fits a pack-and-play), and a private bath with dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. There’s also a half bath, a desk/workspace, and convenient access to the back patio and garage. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a second king bedroom, both with large TVs and natural light. A shared full bath with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo serves both rooms. A futon in the upstairs common area provides additional sleeping space. Full laundry room with washer and dryer included. Guests also have access to 4 adult bikes, 1 child bike, beach chairs, a gas grill, sand toys, and a Level 2 EV charger in the garage. Other Details to Note
The pool is seasonal and typically open from late spring through early fall. Exact dates vary by weather and HOA schedule. The private HOA dock is for fishing, relaxing, and loading/unloading only—no unattended boats are allowed. Boat parking is not permitted in the neighborhood, but nearby paid options may be available. This is a no smoking, no pet property—thank you for respecting our house rules. The futon in the upstairs common area can be used as an additional bed. A pack-and-play fits comfortably in the main floor bedroom closet (not provided). For guest safety and security, this home has exterior security cameras monitoring the front door and driveway. There are no interior cameras.
